Tonight, expect partly cloudy skies with lows around 45 degrees. The warming trend continues Monday with highs near 70 and sunny conditions. Calm winds in the morning will shift southwest, contributing to mild weather throughout the day.

By Tuesday, the region will experience increasing cloud cover with a slight chance of afternoon rain. Highs will again reach 70 degrees. Rain becomes more likely Tuesday night, with precipitation chances at 50% and lows around 58.

Wednesday’s forecast calls for rain in the morning, tapering off by late afternoon. Highs will reach 71 degrees, though cloud cover and intermittent showers will persist. Cooler weather returns by Thursday with highs in the upper 50s and sunny skies.
