Little Rock, AR – The National Weather Service has issued a frost advisory for central, eastern, north central, southeast, southwest, and western Arkansas, effective until 8 a.m. CDT this morning. Temperatures are expected to drop to between 33 and 34 degrees, potentially resulting in frost across the region.

Residents in affected areas, including cities such as Little Rock, Russellville, and Hot Springs, are urged to protect sensitive outdoor plants, as frost could damage or kill uncovered vegetation. Those with agricultural interests should take precautions as the colder temperatures persist early this morning.
