Portland, OR – Frito-Lay has issued a recall for select 13-ounce bags of Lay’s Classic Potato Chips sold in Oregon and Washington due to undeclared milk allergens. The recall affects bags with a “Guaranteed Fresh” date of February 11, 2025, and specific manufacturing codes.

According to Frito-Lay, these chips were distributed to retail and e-commerce outlets. The company warns that those with milk allergies may face severe health risks if they consume the affected product. No allergic reactions have been reported.

Consumers are urged to check their chips for manufacturing codes 6462307xx or 6463307xx, located near the “Guaranteed Fresh” date. Any matching products should be discarded.

Frito-Lay’s customer service can be reached at 1-800-352-4477 for questions or refunds. Other Lay’s products remain unaffected by this recall.
