MONTEREY, CA – The National Weather Service San Francisco Bay Area/Monterey has issued a Cold Weather Advisory through 8 a.m. Friday for southern interior Monterey and San Benito counties, including the southern Salinas Valley.
Forecasters say overnight lows between 33°F and 36°F are expected across much of the region, with upper 20s possible in higher elevations.
The North Bay advisory is set to expire earlier Thursday morning, but cold air will remain entrenched over the interior Central Coast into early Friday.
