Franklin County, OH – Investigators are asking for the public’s help identifying the driver involved in a fatal hit-skip crash that killed two women earlier this month.

According to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, the crash occurred early Sunday morning, October 19th, 2025, on Westerville Road, just south of Innis Road. Authorities say a dark-colored four-door sedan struck two adult female pedestrians who were in the roadway. The driver allegedly fled the scene without stopping to help.

Deputies say the vehicle likely has front-end damage from the collision. Although the surveillance images captured are not very clear, investigators hope someone recognizes the car or has information that could help locate the driver.

The Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate the incident and is asking residents in the area to review any home surveillance footage from that morning.

Anyone with details is urged to contact the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office Accident Investigation Unit at 614-525-6113 or Crime Stoppers at 614-461-TIPS (8477).
