Frankfort, IL – Frankfort Country Market is expanding into a new footprint, taking over the parking lot at 2 Smith Street starting this Sunday. The beloved market, known for its diverse array of vendors, will now have even more space to accommodate additional stalls and activities.

According to the Village of Frankfort, the expansion aims to enhance the market experience for visitors and vendors alike. The market, which operates every Sunday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., features over 50 vendors offering fresh produce, flowers, honey, meat, poultry, seafood, dairy, baked goods, canned goods, hot foods, and more. Live entertainment is also a staple, with performances from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the Breidert Green stage.

The new location at 2 Smith Street Parking Lot will provide much-needed space for the growing market, allowing for more vendors and a more spacious layout. Marketgoers can expect a vibrant atmosphere with an even greater selection of local products and community engagement opportunities.

The market runs through October 27, and with the expansion, it promises an enhanced experience for all who attend. The Village encourages everyone to come out and support local businesses while enjoying the expanded offerings.
