Frankfort, IL – The Village of Frankfort is actively seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Field Maintenance Laborer position within its Utilities Department, with applications due by Sunday, July 14.

According to the Village of Frankfort, the role is a non-exempt, full-time position responsible for maintaining and repairing various components of the municipal utility system. Tasks include work on water mains, sanitary sewer lines, fire hydrants, lift stations, and snow plowing. The laborer will operate under the supervision of a foreman, contributing to consistent water and wastewater service delivery across the village.

The position offers a starting salary of $59,630 and requires applicants to hold a Class B Commercial Driver’s License. In addition to competitive pay, the Village provides a benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
