Fort Wayne, Indiana – After a chilly start to the week, northern Indiana is heading into a dry and sunny stretch with steadily rising temperatures—topping out near 88°F by Friday.
According to the National Weather Service in Northern Indiana, overnight lows will remain cool Monday night, dipping into the 40s before a warming trend kicks in through midweek. Highs on Tuesday will reach the mid-to-upper 70s, climbing each day through Friday.
Cities across northern Indiana—from South Bend to Warsaw and Fort Wayne—can expect mostly sunny skies with little to no chance of rain. Wednesday brings slightly warmer highs in the low 80s, and by Thursday, many areas will push into the mid-80s. Friday could see highs between 80–88°F.
No measurable rainfall is expected this week. The next chance for precipitation remains low (20%) and doesn’t arrive until this weekend.
Residents should stay hydrated and monitor indoor temperatures, especially as daytime highs near 90°F late in the week. With cooler nights and sunny days ahead, it’s also an ideal window for outdoor activities before any late-summer humidity returns.
More updates will be issued if rain chances increase heading into the weekend.
