Fond du Lac, WI – A police pursuit through Fond du Lac Tuesday night ended with three arrests after a suspect vehicle struck a tire deflation device and was forced to stop in Byron Township.
According to the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office, the chase began around 7:14 p.m. on September 30, 2025, when a deputy spotted a vehicle on South Main Street matching one involved in an earlier Wisconsin State Patrol pursuit on Interstate 41. Deputies confirmed it was the same vehicle and attempted a traffic stop near South Main Street and Johnson Street in Fond du Lac.
The suspect vehicle accelerated southbound, reaching speeds of 80 mph before deputies deployed a tire deflation device at U.S. Highway 151. Despite hitting the device, the car continued onto State Highway 175 before three tires went flat, forcing the driver to stop near Lost Arrow Road in Byron Township.
The driver, a 26-year-old woman from Green Bay, was arrested and faces felony charges including fleeing an officer, bail jumping, and reckless endangerment. A 24-year-old male passenger was taken into custody on a probation warrant and possession of drug paraphernalia. Another 26-year-old male passenger was booked on probation violations and possession of methamphetamine.
The pursuit lasted about five miles. No officers, civilians, or squad vehicles were injured, and no property damage was reported. The Fond du Lac Police Department and Wisconsin State Patrol assisted with the case.
