The victim, identified as 34-year-old Joshua Benjamin, was transported to the hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
Deputies said their investigation revealed that Benjamin and the suspect, Anthony Williams, became involved in a heated argument that escalated into a physical altercation before the shooting occurred.
