FCSO reports Haselden, of 652 South Midway Highway, Johnsonville, turned himself in Wednesday at the Florence County Law Enforcement Center in Effingham, South Carolina. He was charged with Assault and Battery (third degree) under S.C. Code Ann. 16-03-600(E)(1).
Authorities said Haselden was later released from the Florence County Detention Center on a $1,090.50 personal recognizance bond.
