Tulsa, OK – A Flood Watch has been issued for portions of southeast Oklahoma and west-central Arkansas from 6 p.m. Wednesday until 3 p.m. Thursday, with widespread rainfall of 2-4 inches expected and localized totals reaching up to 5 inches.
According to the National Weather Service in Tulsa, the heavy rainfall could lead to flooding of low-lying areas, creeks, and rivers. Residents are urged to monitor weather alerts and be prepared to seek higher ground if necessary.
