Deputies reported that the vehicle was parked with its blinker on and appeared to have been left running. When the deputy approached, the vehicle allegedly moved several feet before coming to a stop again.

After investigating, deputies identified the driver as Bruce Butikofer, 62, of Clermont. Authorities said Butikofer was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated – 2nd Offense, classified as an aggravated misdemeanor under Iowa law.
