A search of the vehicle turned up approximately 30 grams of methamphetamine, 10 grams of fentanyl, two ounces of marijuana, and a concealed handgun.
Stephanie M. Rubio, 24, of Alexandria, Virginia, was charged with possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and fentanyl, possession with intent to distribute while armed, and concealing a firearm.
Jordan K. McNally, 26, of Herndon, Virginia, faces charges of possession with intent to distribute marijuana and methamphetamine. Authorities say additional charges are pending.
