Miami, FL – South Florida’s streak of warm and mostly dry fall weather continues this week, with just a slight chance of isolated showers along the coast. Temperatures will stay steady in the upper 80s through Friday, as mild easterly winds bring a few passing clouds and limited rainfall.

According to the National Weather Service office in Miami, Tuesday will feature mostly sunny skies with highs in the mid to upper 80s across the metro area and upper 80s inland. Overnight lows will dip into the low 70s near the coast and upper 60s inland. Only a 20 to 30 percent chance of brief showers is expected this afternoon, mainly along the east coast between Miami Beach and West Palm Beach.

Forecasters note that the region will remain under the influence of a weak ridge of high pressure, keeping conditions mostly dry through midweek. A few isolated showers may return late this weekend as moisture slightly increases from the Atlantic, but widespread rain is not anticipated. According to meteorologists, the pattern favors light sea breezes, gentle surf, and good visibility for boaters and beachgoers.

Residents can expect typical late-October warmth with minimal day-to-day change. While no major fronts are expected to reach South Florida this week, a gradual cooling trend may arrive early next week if northern air pushes farther south.

Overall, this week offers prime weather for outdoor activities—hotter inland, breezy near the beaches, and only a slim chance of passing showers.
