Sapp was arrested and charged with allegedly trafficking cocaine and possession of marijuana, second degree, under Alabama law.
He was transported to the Morgan County Jail, where bond was set at $10,300, according to the sheriff’s office. Additional charges and arrests are possible as the investigation continues.
