Elmhurst, IL – Authorities in Elmhurst arrested four suspects early Saturday following a vehicle crash near the I-290 ramp and St. Charles Road, police said.
According to the Elmhurst Police Department, officers spotted a vehicle at approximately 1:25 a.m. that was reportedly involved in a shooting in a neighboring community. The suspect vehicle crashed near the highway ramp, and officers took three individuals into custody at the scene. A fourth suspect was located and arrested shortly thereafter.
Police stated that no additional suspects are at large, though an investigation is ongoing. Motorists are advised to avoid the area.
