Pittsburgh, PA – Residents in Eastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania should prepare for a warm, mostly dry weekend. The National Weather Service predicts rising temperatures across the region, with plenty of sunshine expected through Sunday.

According to the National Weather Service in Pittsburgh, temperatures will steadily climb each day, reaching the mid-80s by Sunday. The likelihood of rain remains low until late Sunday, when a slight chance of showers could develop in areas of Northwestern Pennsylvania.

While Eastern Ohio will enjoy dry conditions throughout the weekend, the forecast shows Western Pennsylvania may see brief rain showers Sunday evening. The highest probability of precipitation is expected in Oil City, PA, at 15%, with other areas like Dubois and Indiana, PA, seeing a 10% chance.
