According to the National Weather Service in Newport, dense fog may develop in some areas Monday night into early Tuesday. Visibility could drop significantly at times. By late morning, the fog is expected to clear, making way for mostly sunny skies with a high near 67°F. Winds will remain light, shifting northwest in the afternoon.

Wednesday will be sunny, with a high of 66°F, followed by another clear night with temperatures dipping to around 49°F. Thursday will bring continued sunshine and highs reaching 70°F before a chance of showers moves in Thursday night, with a 60% chance of precipitation.

Looking ahead, Friday will be mostly sunny with a cooler high of 59°F. Overnight lows will hover around 40°F, leading into a clear and mild weekend with highs in the mid-60s.
