Wilmington, NC – A cold front will bring thunderstorms and showers across eastern North Carolina from today through tonight, with the potential for gusty winds and heavy rainfall. According to the National Weather Service, storms will affect different parts of the region at varying times. West of I-95, storms are expected to arrive early this afternoon, while areas east of I-95 will experience storms from mid to late afternoon. Coastal areas can expect storms to roll in by this evening.
