Localized rainfall amounts could range from a quarter to half an inch, potentially impacting outdoor plans and travel.
Sunday will bring steady rain and highs around 49 degrees. The rain will taper off by Monday afternoon, but cloudy skies and intermittent showers will linger. Monday’s high could reach 58 degrees before cooling to the low 40s overnight.
Tuesday will begin with a 30% chance of rain before skies clear, bringing highs in the low 50s. By Wednesday, Eastern Kentucky will see partly sunny skies, with temperatures climbing to the upper 50s. Residents should remain cautious on wet roads, particularly on main routes like KY-15 and the Mountain Parkway.
