Melbourne, FL – The National Weather Service in Melbourne says dry conditions will continue Friday before rain chances increase through the weekend.

Friday will stay mostly dry with highs in the low to mid-80s and patchy fog possible overnight into early Saturday morning.

By Saturday, clouds will build with increasing showers, especially across northern areas. Rain chances rise to 40–50%, with highs again in the upper 70s to mid-80s.

Sunday looks to be the wettest day of the period, bringing scattered to numerous showers and a few thunderstorms across east-central Florida. Storms could produce brief downpours and lightning, particularly in the afternoon.

As a cold front moves through, Monday will turn cooler and drier, with highs in the upper 60s to upper 70s. Tuesday remains pleasant, with cooler mornings and lower humidity.

Meanwhile, beachgoers should be aware of a moderate rip current risk along Daytona, Space, and Treasure Coasts, with 3–4 ft surf expected.
