The charges stem from an incident that allegedly occurred Wednesday, January 1, at the Apple Store located at 120 W. Jefferson Avenue in Naperville.
Prosecutors allege Moseley entered the store and selected three iPhone 17 Pro Max 1TB devices, then exited without paying. A Naperville police officer later attempted to conduct a traffic stop after spotting Moseley driving a white Chevrolet Equinox. According to authorities, Moseley allegedly refused to stop despite emergency lights being activated.
Police say the pursuit ended around 9 p.m. when officers from the Minooka Police Department located Moseley and took him into custody.
