Dorchester County, SC – A Walterboro man has been arrested and charged with attempted murder following an early-morning stabbing that began at a Parker’s Kitchen convenience store and ended with a traffic stop on Dorchester Road.

According to the Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to Parker’s Kitchen at 1000 Linger Longer Drive at approximately 2:42 a.m. Sunday, December 21, after reports of an unresponsive male bleeding from his chest.

While deputies were en route, they were advised that the victim had left the scene in a vehicle and was being transported along Dorchester Road. Deputies located the vehicle, initiated a traffic stop, and found the victim suffering from what appeared to be a stab wound.
