Door County, Wisconsin – A 50-year-old Forestville man has been identified following a fatal farm accident that occurred Thursday.

According to a press release from the Door County Sheriff’s Office issued Friday, the deceased has been identified as Wilson Duarte Martinez, 50, of Forestville.

Authorities said the accident occurred February 12. A preliminary investigation indicates a large bale grabber attachment became disconnected from a front-end loader and fell onto the individual.

An autopsy was conducted Friday, February 13, at the Brown County Medical Examiner’s Office. Officials said results remain pending.

The incident remains under investigation, and no additional information is being released at this time.
