The driver of the Toyota, identified as a 42-year-old woman from Columbus, was taken by ambulance to Marshfield Medical Center in Beaver Dam with injuries described as non-life-threatening. Authorities said the Chevrolet was driven by a 17-year-old girl, who was transported by ambulance to UW Children’s Hospital, also with non-life-threatening injuries. A 16-year-old boy riding in the Chevrolet was airlifted by Flight for Life helicopter to Children’s Hospital in Milwaukee, also with non-life-threatening injuries.
Emergency crews from Clyman, Lowell, and Reeseville Fire Departments assisted at the scene, along with Beaver Dam paramedics, Lifestar Ambulance Service, and the Dodge County Emergency Response Team. Flight for Life also responded.
