Lomira, WI – Two Appleton residents were arrested in Dodge County following a September 26, 2025, traffic stop that allegedly led to the discovery of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, according to the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies with the Dodge County Drug Task Force reportedly conducted a traffic interdiction in the northeastern portion of the county, stopping a vehicle near Kountry Korners in the village of Lomira. During the stop, a K9 officer named Bak allegedly detected the presence of narcotics, prompting a vehicle search.

According to the sheriff’s office, the search turned up a “significant amount” of suspected methamphetamine and multiple items of paraphernalia. The driver, identified as 41-year-old Michael Kreisle, and passenger, 38-year-old Stephanie Neuser, were both taken into custody and booked into the Dodge County Jail.

Kreisle was charged with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine (over 50 grams) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Neuser faces the same charges, along with felony bail jumping. Both were reportedly being held on $10,000 cash bonds.

Sheriff Dale J. Schmidt commended the task force, calling the arrest an example of “excellent work” in the county’s ongoing fight against drug trafficking. Officials noted that the investigation remains active.

Both individuals are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
