Fox Lake, WI – Two drivers were hospitalized early Friday morning after a head-on crash on County Highway P west of County Highway C in Dodge County, according to the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office.

The crash happened around 5:54 a.m. on October 10, 2025, when a 2012 Chevy Malibu, driven by a 19-year-old Randolph man, failed to navigate a curve and collided head-on with a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee, driven by a 64-year-old Waupun man, deputies said.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, the younger driver sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to Marshfield Medical Center in Beaver Dam. The older driver reportedly suffered possible serious injuries and was airlifted by UW Med-Flight to Aurora Summit Hospital in Summit.

Responding agencies included the Fox Lake Fire Department and EMS, Randolph EMS, Beaver Dam Paramedics, UW Med-Flight, and DCERT.

Authorities said the crash remains under investigation by the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office Crash Investigation Team, and names are being withheld pending family notification.
