Dodge City, KS – Southwest Kansas is warming up again this week, with temperatures climbing back into the 70s and low 80s for parts of the region, according to the National Weather Service in Dodge City.

After a cool start to November, Sunday brings a return to near-80°F highs in Sharon Springs and Elkhart, while most other locations—including Dodge City and Garden City—top out in the mid to upper 70s under mostly sunny skies. Winds will stay light from the southwest between 5 and 15 mph.

The mild trend continues into Monday and Tuesday, with highs in the upper 60s to mid-70s and overnight lows in the 40s. A brief shift to northeasterly winds Monday may slightly cool temperatures before another warmup returns midweek.

Forecasters say the region will stay mostly dry through at least Wednesday, offering a pleasant stretch of early-November weather for travel and outdoor work. Cooler conditions are expected to move in later in the week as a new front approaches.
