According to the US National Weather Service Baltimore/Washington, Thursday will feature a mix of sun and clouds with northeast winds at 5 to 10 mph. Highs will range from 66 to 74 degrees in the metro and bay regions, while mountain communities will remain between 58 and 67 degrees.
Friday continues the pleasant pattern with passing clouds, low humidity, and light southerly winds. Forecasters expect highs of 67 to 75 degrees in the city and bay areas, while mountain regions will top out between 62 and 70 degrees.
By Saturday, warmer conditions arrive as southerly winds push highs into the upper 70s near the bay. Sunshine will dominate, with highs of 70 to 78 degrees for most areas and 67 to 75 degrees in the mountains.
The forecast suggests a great stretch for outdoor activities, from hiking in western Maryland to waterfront events along the Chesapeake Bay. Skies remain mostly clear, with no major rain systems in sight through the weekend.
