Detroit, MI – Southeast Michigan will see a mix of sunshine and unsettled weather to start the week, with a mild, mostly sunny Sunday followed by gusty winds and scattered showers Monday, according to the National Weather Service in Detroit/Pontiac.

Sunday stays calm with highs in the low to mid-50s and clear skies. Clouds increase Sunday night ahead of a passing disturbance that will bring scattered showers Monday, mainly north of the I-69 corridor, along with breezy conditions and highs in the mid to upper 50s.

By Tuesday, skies clear early before clouds build again later in the day. Highs will remain near 58°F, with lows dropping into the 30s. Another round of light, breezy showers could develop by Wednesday, as temperatures hover in the mid-50s and a weak cold front approaches.

Overall, forecasters expect seasonable fall weather through midweek, with brief periods of rain and wind before drier conditions return late in the week.
