According to the National Weather Service, Monday’s storm chance begins with light morning rain before increasing after 2 p.m., with thunder possible. Daytime highs will reach 74°F, with east winds around 5 mph. Rain chances remain at 30% during the day but jump to 50% overnight, with heavier downpours possible late Monday into early Tuesday.

Storms may bring brief street flooding and slippery conditions during the evening commute. Residents should charge devices early, monitor NWS alerts, and consider flexible travel times. No major accumulation is expected, but localized downpours can cause hazards on roads.

By Tuesday, rain becomes more widespread. A 70% chance of showers and thunderstorms is forecast through Tuesday afternoon, with a high of 78°F. Wednesday brings a break from rain and a return to sunshine, with highs climbing to 83°F.
