Seaford, DE – The Delaware State Police are investigating a shots fired incident that occurred late Friday night outside a VFW Post in Seaford.
According to investigators, troopers responded around 11:00 p.m. on October 31, 2025, to the VFW Virgil Wilson Post located at 9767 Middleford Road after receiving reports of gunfire. Police said that the preliminary investigation indicates a fight broke out between several people in the parking lot at the conclusion of an event. Shortly afterward, multiple gunshots were heard in the area, though no injuries were reported.

Authorities confirmed there is no ongoing threat to the public.
