Blades, DE – A Seaford man has been identified as the victim of a fatal crash Saturday night in Blades.
According to Delaware State Police, 58-year-old Purnell Collins was killed in the collision, which remains under investigation by the Troop 7 Collision Reconstruction Unit. Authorities said troopers are continuing to piece together the circumstances leading to the crash.
Investigators are urging anyone who witnessed the crash or has information to contact Master Corporal K. Argo at (302) 703-3264. Tips can also be submitted through Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-847-3333 or by sending a private message to the Delaware State Police Facebook page.
