Investigators believe Glowacki fired the rifle at his own feet and toward another residence before retreating to his own home.
Troopers located Glowacki at his residence on the 34000 block of Brinker Mansion Road, where he was reportedly highly intoxicated. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to Troop 4 for processing.
Glowacki was arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 7 and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on a $24,000 cash bond. He faces the following charges:
