According to the sheriff’s office, detectives with the T.R.A.C.E. Team stopped a 2000 Toyota Corolla near Lake Road and Fisher Ferry Street in Thomasville on October 1, 2025. During the stop, investigators searched the car and allegedly seized methamphetamine along with a stolen Ruger LCP handgun.
Deputies said the driver, Jason Mishoe, 40, of Thomasville, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving while license revoked.
The passenger, Patience Miersch, 45, also of Thomasville, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a stolen firearm, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Both Mishoe and Miersch are scheduled to appear in Davidson County Court on November 26, 2025.
Authorities said the investigation remains ongoing.
