Darlington County, SC – A major drug arrest took place Tuesday following a search warrant execution in Darlington County, according to the Darlington County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies with the county’s Combined Drug Unit and the Special Incident Response Team carried out the operation on Millwood Drive in the Darlington area.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, investigators recovered two unlawful firearms, 16.38 grams of methamphetamine, 10.01 grams of fentanyl, 10.11 grams of crack cocaine, 1.56 grams of cocaine, 150 Schedule II pills, and 83 Schedule IV pills.

Officials said Vincent Brown was arrested as a result of the investigation. He has been charged with trafficking methamphetamine, trafficking fentanyl, trafficking cocaine, and multiple counts of possession with intent to distribute. Brown also faces charges of possession of a weapon during a violent crime and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person.

The Sheriff’s Office noted the investigation remains active and that no further information is available at this time.
