Authorities identified the suspect as Jordan Foote, who was arrested and charged with Disseminating Harmful Material to a Minor, officials said.

Foote appeared before a Darlington County magistrate on Sunday, January 25, where bond was set at $20,000 cash or surety. The magistrate also issued a no-contact order to protect the victim, according to court records.

At this time, Foote remains held at the W. Glenn Campbell Detention Center.
