Authorities said Cobbihan had been stopped at the southbound stop sign on Jaysville–St. John’s Road and allegedly pulled into the intersection without yielding the right of way.
Schmitz was transported to Wayne HealthCare for treatment of minor injuries. Cobbihan was uninjured, according to deputies.
