Danville, IL – A 19-year-old Danville man has been arrested in connection with a home invasion that left one person injured earlier this week.

According to the Danville Police Department, officers responded at 11:28 p.m. Monday to the 400 block of Park Street for reports of a home invasion. Police said the victim was located and taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of injuries.

Authorities identified the suspect as Landyn Reardon of Danville. Police said Reardon was taken into custody Thursday and booked into the Vermilion County Jail. He faces preliminary charges of home invasion, aggravated battery causing great bodily harm, and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, other than a firearm.
