Fort Worth, TX – Quiet, springlike weather will hold across North Texas through midweek, giving residents a break before storm chances begin to creep back in by Thursday afternoon.
According to the National Weather Service in Fort Worth, dry conditions and sunshine will dominate through Wednesday, with highs climbing steadily into the upper 70s across the region. Dallas-Fort Worth will reach around 74 degrees Tuesday and warm to near 77 degrees Wednesday.
Communities along the I-35 corridor, including Denton, Waco, and Temple, will follow a similar trend, with highs rising from the low 70s into the upper 70s by Thursday. Sherman and Denison will see slightly cooler conditions early in the week before also pushing toward the upper 70s.
By Thursday afternoon, a weak disturbance may trigger isolated showers or thunderstorms, mainly across Central Texas, with rain chances around 20 percent. Most areas, including much of the DFW metroplex, are expected to remain dry.
Residents can expect comfortable mornings in the 50s and mild afternoons through midweek. While conditions stay quiet for now, attention will shift toward a more active pattern heading into the weekend, with additional updates expected.
