Fort Worth, TX – North and Central Texas will see unusually warm weather this week, with temperatures in the upper 80s to low 90s, according to the National Weather Service in Fort Worth. The region is expected to remain mostly dry, with only minimal chances for isolated showers through midweek.

According to the weather service, rain chances between 10% and 30% are forecast from Monday through Wednesday, depending on location. Most areas are expected to stay rain-free, though Central Texas may see a slightly higher chance of brief, spotty showers.

Forecast highs include 90°F Monday in Dallas–Fort Worth, 89°F in Waco and Killeen, and upper 80s in Sherman and Denison. By Thursday, temperatures may cool slightly but will still remain above seasonal averages.

Meteorologists say this pattern reflects an ongoing stretch of above-normal October warmth, with no significant cold fronts expected until late in the week or beyond.

Residents are encouraged to stay hydrated and take precautions during outdoor activities, as temperatures continue to trend well above the typical early-October range for North Texas.
