CULPEPER, VA – Virginia State Police are asking for the public’s help in locating Lindsay Rae Price, 35, of Edinburg, who is wanted on felony involuntary manslaughter warrants in connection with a fatal pedestrian crash earlier this year.

According to Virginia State Police, Price has not been seen since warrants were issued for her arrest on October 26, 2025. Investigators say she is known to frequent the Edinburg area of Shenandoah County.

The charges stem from a fatal crash on August 6, 2025, that occurred around 4:26 p.m. on Stoney Creek Boulevard near the intersection of Printz Street in Edinburg.

Police say 82-year-old Leona M. Honaker, also of Edinburg, was crossing the roadway at a crosswalk when she was struck by a 2011 Kia Sorento driven by Price. Honaker died at the scene, while Price was not injured and remained on site.

Following consultation with the Shenandoah County Commonwealth’s Attorney, investigators obtained the felony warrants earlier this week.

Anyone with information on Price’s whereabouts is urged to contact Virginia State Police or submit tips through local authorities.
