Corpus Christi, TX – South Texas is gearing up for a stretch of sunny, unseasonably warm weather this week as temperatures climb toward the 90s, according to the National Weather Service in Corpus Christi.

Forecasters say highs will remain near seasonal averages through Tuesday, with temperatures ranging from 77°F to 85°F, before onshore winds push warmer air inland midweek. By Wednesday through Saturday, highs are expected to reach 90–92°F across much of the Coastal Bend, including Corpus Christi, Beeville, and Alice. Overnight lows will stay mild, hovering between the upper 50s and upper 60s.

Despite the heat, conditions are expected to stay mostly dry, with only a slim (under 5%) chance of rain each day. Skies will remain clear, and light winds are forecast throughout the period—ideal conditions for outdoor plans and beach activities.

NWS officials note that the warmth will persist into early next week before any noticeable cooldown returns. Beachgoers are advised to remain aware of sun exposure, as UV levels will stay moderate to high during peak afternoon hours.
