According to the US National Weather Service Corpus Christi, Thursday stays cool and breezy, with highs in the mid to upper 70s and overnight lows dipping into the 40s and 50s. The area will gradually warm heading into Friday, reaching the low 80s under clear skies.
Forecasters note a 20% chance of showers or thunderstorms Saturday, mainly in inland and northern areas near Beeville and Tilden, while coastal communities like Rockport and Port Aransas should remain mostly dry.
After the brief storm window, Sunday through Tuesday brings sunny skies and highs in the upper 70s to mid-80s, with comfortable overnight lows in the 50s to low 60s.
Beachgoers should note a moderate rip current risk along the Gulf beaches, and winds will remain steady at 20–30 mph through Friday.
