Corpus Christi, TX – Unseasonably warm weather continues across South Texas, with highs in the upper 80s to mid-90s through Friday before a cold front brings rain and relief this weekend, according to the National Weather Service in Corpus Christi.

The region will remain mostly dry today with only isolated coastal showers, while afternoon temperatures soar near 93°F inland and around 85°F along the coast. The heat index may make it feel even warmer at times.

By Saturday, scattered showers and storms are expected to increase—especially east of Victoria and along the coastal bend—as the front moves through. Rain chances range from 35–90%, with the highest potential east of Highway 77.

Sunday will bring drier skies and highs near 90°F, followed by a stretch of sunny, seasonably warm weather early next week as the front stalls offshore.
