Orland Park, IL – A massive crowd filled the Orland Park Village Center this past weekend as the 22nd annual Taste of Orland Park returned to its original location, drawing more than 35,000 attendees for three days of music, food, and family entertainment.

According to a Village of Orland Park press release issued Tuesday, the festival—presented by Northwestern Medicine—welcomed record-breaking attendance from Friday through Sunday. Village officials credited the turnout to the event’s diverse food offerings, full lineup of live performances, and expanded family-friendly attractions.

Mayor Jim Dodge described the weekend as “spectacular,” noting that relocating the festival back to the Village Green “created a vibrant, community-centered atmosphere.” Attendees enjoyed dishes from more than a dozen local restaurants, ranging from Buona Beef and Barraco’s to Papa Joe’s Italian Restaurant and Tradycja Polish Fusion Cuisine.

The entertainment schedule included tributes to classic rock icons, with thousands gathering for a performance by One Vision of QUEEN featuring Marc Martel. Additional acts such as The Alika Arlynn, Dancing Queen, Anchors Away, and the return of Orland Park’s Got Talent kept crowds energized throughout the weekend.

According to Orland Park Police Chief Eric Rossi, there were no reported incidents over the festival’s duration. “I want to extend my gratitude to our officers and staff for ensuring the event remained safe for everyone,” Rossi stated.

The festival also featured a Friday night drone show and a Sunday fireworks finale. Village leaders and Parks Director Ray Piattoni praised the positive feedback and are already planning enhancements for next year.
