Residents of Columbia should expect mostly sunny skies today, with a high of 78°F. As we move into the evening, temperatures will drop to around 56°F, under mostly clear skies and light northeast winds.

Wednesday’s weather sees a shift, with increasing clouds throughout the day and temperatures reaching a high near 77°F. Light winds from the northeast will prevail at 3 to 7 mph. According to the National Weather Service, Wednesday night will bring mostly cloudy skies and cooler conditions, with a low near 57°F.

Thursday will be mostly sunny but slightly cooler, with a high of 74°F. Thursday night will stay clear, and temperatures will dip to around 50°F. Looking ahead, Friday and Saturday will both be sunny with highs of 73°F and 79°F, respectively. Nights will remain cool, with lows around 48°F on Friday and 52°F on Saturday.

As the weekend progresses, Sunday will bring a warm high near 82°F, while Columbus Day will continue the sunny trend with a high of 81°F, making for an ideal holiday weekend.
