Deputies found Jackie Anderson, 55, of rural Portage, allegedly impaired and in possession of drugs and paraphernalia. Anderson was arrested for OWI and possession of THC. Passenger James Gloyd, 73, was also taken into custody for intoxicated use of a firearm.
