Fort White, Florida – A Fort White woman was arrested after allegedly violating a stalking injunction multiple times, prompting a felony charge.
According to the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office, Deborah Ann Fellows, 63, turned herself in at the Columbia County Detention Facility at 11:56 a.m. Monday after an active felony warrant was issued for her arrest. Fellows is charged with aggravated stalking after an injunction and is being held on a $30,000 bond.
Deputies said Fellows was served an Injunction for Protection Against Stalking on December 8, 2025. The court order allegedly prohibited her from mentioning, referencing, or posting about the petitioner or the petitioner’s family through any means, including social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Beginning December 12, investigators say Fellows violated the injunction repeatedly. Alleged violations included social media posts naming the petitioner, listing family members and associates, and publishing multiple YouTube videos discussing the petitioner, the petitioner’s husband, and his place of employment. Authorities said some videos allegedly showed Fellows driving past the petitioner’s property, including footage taken from a body-worn camera.
On January 19, Fellows allegedly posted in a Facebook community group claiming—without evidence—that the petitioner’s husband poisoned animals, a post deputies said resulted in harassment toward the petitioner and their family. An additional YouTube video was allegedly posted on January 20.
Investigators also stated that between November 30 and January 26, Fellows allegedly contacted the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office 34 times regarding what deputies described as unsubstantiated complaints involving the petitioner and family. Records show she allegedly called 911 six times and the non-emergency line 28 times.
A formal complaint was filed by a neighbor on January 22, and the arrest warrant was forwarded to the State Attorney’s Office shortly afterward.
Deputies emphasized that misuse of emergency resources can delay responses to legitimate emergencies, posing risks to the broader community.
